YES. Our reception and shop are open from 9am each day with varying seasonal closing times between 5pm and 8pm. Outside of these hours you can contact a member of staff using the phone in the red box outside reception. Please note, the out of hours contact should only be used to report issues that require urgent attention.
On Friday and Saturday nights, you will find a member of our onsite security team, in the security booth located next to the toilet and shower block in the centre of the camping field. They also do the rounds after our 10pm curfew ensuring that customers onsite are following our no noise policy. If you need to report noise onsite after 10pm, or any other concerns, this is who you need to report it to, so we can take action accordingly.
