What happens if I need to cancel?
When you make a camping booking you have the option to take our Cancellation Waiver (CW) @£7.99 The waiver allows you to cancel your camping booking by email at anytime before 12pm on the day before your arrival date, to get a 100% refund.
If you choose not to take the waiver then we will refund:
- 80% if you cancel a booking before 12pm not less than 7 days before your arrival date
- 50% if you cancel a booking before 12pm not less than 5 days before your arrival date
- 0% if you cancel a booking after 12pm less than 2 days before your arrival date
We do not offer any full or partial weather-related refunds and no full or partial refund will be given if guests are asked to leave the campsite due to their unacceptable behaviour.
The Cancellation Waiver is not available for any indoor accommodation bookings or camping bookings that are for more than 16 people. Any refund entitlement in respect to these types of these bookings will be processed on the same basis as camping bookings that do not have the Cancellation Waiver.
Our Cancellation Waiver only covers camping booking refund entitlement. We strongly recommend that you have a separate holiday insurance policy in place that covers, but is not restricted to, cancellation where our terms do not apply, loss and injury.
